This new facility for the Indiana State Police is a 35,760 square foot building completed in June of 2023. This project was a collaborative effort with Ratio Architecture, Guidon Design, Pepper Construction, and the Indiana State Police. Fleming Interior Group (FIG) is honored to have been invited to assist with the planning, budgeting, sales, delivery, and installation of furniture for this project. This project required a large degree collaboration and logistical coordination with all parties involved. Lowell, IN is 134 miles from the FIG home office. This project was completed on-time with minimal punch list.
This is the second new construction project FIG has completed for this client since 2021. We completed a similar new construction project for this same client and team in Ft. Wayne, IN in 2021.
