When Indianapolis-based commercial interior design firm Parallel Design Group approached us about helping Meyer Najem maximize its open office space, we were excited to take on the challenge.

Using only Meyer Najem’s existing Kimball Xsite furniture, Fleming Interior Group and Premier Office Xperts reconfigured 42 oversized workstations into a more efficient 52-station layout—a 19% increase within the same footprint.

The project included resizing work surfaces and reupholstering fabric tiles, all completed with zero waste and no disruption to the client by working over the Christmas holiday.

Six years after the original installation, the furniture still looks like new—showcasing the durability of Kimball products, Meyer Najem’s care, and the expertise of the Fleming Interior Group team.
