Indiana Department of Environmental Management

Fleming Interior Group partnered with Glenroy Construction and Design Innovations, led by Renee Stroud, on the large-scale renovation of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Spanning 60,000 square feet across three floors, the multi-phase project transformed the workplace into a modern, functional environment designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and employee comfort.

Completed over five phases, the renovation included the installation of more than 750 workstations, along with private offices, conference rooms, reception areas, and employee break rooms. The project showcases Fleming Interior Group’s ability to successfully execute complex renovations while maintaining continuity in active workplace environments.
